Retrieve a single doc by its unique identifier. The response is metadata only with respect to the document body: it includes title, custom fields, project reference, folder, files, cover image, and published status, but not the rich-text content body.

Unlike List docs, this returns the full detail view for one doc. To retrieve the actual document text, use Export doc (GET /v1/docs/:doc_id/export/:type).
